Terms of Service

You may use the Platform only if you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms and are at least 18 years of age. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an employer or client, you represent that you have authority to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

FreightAI Ops is an enterprise AI-assisted freight brokerage operations platform. The Platform captures inbound freight requests, extracts shipment data, validates information, queries connected external data sources, calculates pricing, and prepares quote recommendations and customer communications.

AI prepares. Human approves. By default, the Platform does not automatically send customer quotes. Quotes are prepared for human review and require explicit broker approval before being sent. Any automatic send behavior must be deliberately enabled by an administrator under the conditions described in the Platform's auto-send safety configuration. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes, data, and communications before they reach your customers.

The Platform is offered as a managed enterprise engagement consisting of an initial implementation fee and a recurring monthly AI operations fee, as displayed on the Platform's pricing page. Fees are due according to the invoice or agreement provided at onboarding. We may adjust fees with reasonable notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended or terminated.

You retain ownership of all shipment data, customer information, documents, pricing rules, and communications you submit to the Platform (\"Customer Data\"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to operate the Platform and provide the services you request. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the rights to share it with us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to transmit unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Platform's models or internals.
• Misrepresent AI-generated output as verified fact without human review.
• Send customer quotes without required human approval, except where an authorized auto-send rule is explicitly configured.
• Interfere with or overload the Platform's infrastructure, APIs, or integrations.

The Platform connects to external systems such as transportation management systems (TMS), carrier data sources, email providers, and other client systems through configurable API and webhook integrations. These external systems are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party systems. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and configurations for your integrations.

The Platform is designed to avoid fabricating shipment, carrier, or pricing information. Where sufficient information is unavailable, the Platform is designed to flag the request for human review rather than guess. Notwithstanding this design, AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Human review of all AI-generated output is required before acting on it.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The Platform is provided \"as is\" and \"as available.\" Disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability are set out in detail on our Disclaimers page, which is incorporated here by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the \"last updated\" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
