FreightAI Ops is designed to reduce manual processing and increase quote-processing capacity. All references to processing time, hours saved, labor savings, revenue, gross profit, win rate, and ROI are estimates based on customer-provided assumptions and historical patterns. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, savings figure, or operational result.

AI-generated extraction, validation, pricing, and quote content is produced by automated models and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. AI output must be reviewed by a qualified human broker before it is relied upon or sent to a customer. The Platform is designed to flag uncertainty and route low-confidence cases to human review, but no automated system is infallible.

By default, the Platform prepares quotes and communications but does not send them to customers. Sending requires explicit human approval. Where an administrator has configured an approved auto-send rule, that rule applies only under its defined conditions (confidence threshold, margin threshold, customer whitelist, equipment, lane, maximum amount, and pricing profile). You remain responsible for quotes sent under your account.

The Platform is designed not to fabricate carrier availability, carrier cost, market rates, mileage, or historical pricing. Where connected external data sources are unavailable or insufficient, the Platform is designed to indicate that information is unavailable and route the request to human review. We do not warrant the accuracy of data returned by third-party external systems.

Hazardous materials classification, UN numbers, regulatory disclaimers, and safety clauses generated or surfaced by the Platform are operational aids, not legal or regulatory advice. Compliance with applicable transportation, hazmat, and safety regulations is your responsibility. You should verify regulatory requirements with qualified professionals and applicable authorities.

The Platform integrates with external systems you configure. The availability, accuracy, and security of those systems are the responsibility of their operators. We are not responsible for failures, data loss, or errors originating in third-party systems. Where a TMS or other integration fails, the Platform is designed to preserve the RFQ and create an exception, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted external connectivity.

Demonstration content, sample RFQs, and the \"Run AI Demo\" experience use simulated data clearly labeled as demo data. Demo data is not live customer data and should not be relied upon for operational decisions.

The Platform is provided \"as is\" and \"as available\" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightAI Ops and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
