Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 7, 2026
FreightAI Ops is committed to making our enterprise AI freight brokerage operations platform usable by people of all abilities. This statement describes our approach to accessibility and how to reach us with feedback.
1. Our Commitment
We design the Platform with accessibility in mind, including semantic HTML structure, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, readable typography, and support for assistive technologies. We continually work to improve the experience for all users, including those using screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and other assistive tools.
2. Conformance
We aim to conform to recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, where reasonably achievable. Because the Platform is an enterprise operations tool under active development, some pages or features may not yet fully meet these standards. We treat accessibility gaps as defects and prioritize remediation.
3. What We Support
- Keyboard-only navigation across primary workflows and interactive controls.
- Visible focus indicators and logical tab order.
- Text labels and roles for screen reader compatibility.
- Resizable text and responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences where animations are used.
- Sufficient color contrast for foreground text against backgrounds.
4. Known Limitations
Some data-dense operational views (large RFQ tables, dashboards, and charts) may present challenges for certain assistive technologies. We continue to improve alternative text, table semantics, and keyboard reachability for these views. Where a limitation affects your ability to use the Platform, please contact us so we can provide an accessible alternative or remedy.
5. Third-Party Content
The Platform may display or connect to content and systems operated by third parties (for example, external carrier data or TMS interfaces). We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we encourage our partners to meet accessibility standards.
6. Feedback & Contact
We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you encounter a barrier or have suggestions, please contact us at accessibility@freightaiops.com. Include the page or feature and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond to accessibility reports promptly and to provide an accessible alternative where needed.
7. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Platform regularly, incorporate feedback, and update this statement as we make progress.
