When disabled (default), the AI prepares quotes and the broker must manually send.
DISABLED
Auto-send only if ALL conditions met:
AI confidence ≥ 95%
Margin ≥ 20%
Customer on approved whitelist
No exceptions
All required fields present
No validation errors
Quote ≤ $3,000 max
Approved equipment type
If any condition is not met, the RFQ is routed to human review. Auto-send is OFF by default and must be explicitly enabled by an administrator.
